Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of HVAC and Refrigeration sales, service, or installation experience
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Dependable transportation.
• Must live in South Florida.
• Comfortable training contractors and wholesaler staff (Strong presentation and closing skills)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
• Must have own computer.
• Professional integrity

Job Description:

Your job would be to train contractors and wholesalers, service existing customers, and develop new business throughout SOUTH FLORIDA by supporting our manufacturers’ partners and wholesale distributor customers. Schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional weekend events. Most days will include driving to multiple distributor locations across the south Florida region (including West Palm Beach to the Keys) while upholding our professional standards. The territory is split with current Target Sales staff.
